My Climate Path Climate Trail

My Climate Path Climate Trail

To celebrate a year since COP26 took place in Glasgow, My Climate Path is promoting a two-part campaign for the public, schools and businesses to get involved in.

The aim of our Climate Campaign is to inform and raise awareness of the green skills agenda, highlight the environmental credentials of our Climate Hero businesses, and celebrate all the activity which My Climate Path has completed so far.

As part of the campaign, My Climate Path is hosting a Climate Trail around Glasgow city centre. Glasgow's Climate Trail is a fun, interactive scavenger hunt which will lead young people and business professionals around the city’s most sustainable and circular locations via an app called 'ActionBound'.

The campaign also aims to celebrate everyone's journey to becoming more environmentally cautious by encouraging everybody to share on social media what they have been doing for climate change since COP26 using #MyClimatePath.

MCR Pathways

MCR Pathways

Could you #ShareAnHour a week to mentor a young person and support them to find and grow their talents?

Scottish mentoring charity MCR Pathways are looking for mentors across Inverclyde and West Dunbartonshire. At MCR Pathways, we believe that a young person's future should be determined by their talents and never their circumstances. Our award-winning programme carefully matches young people with a mentor to meet for just one hour a week, in school. This one to one relationship makes a profound impact on young people's confidence and future, as well as being beneficial for employees and businesses supporting mentoring.

All steps to becoming a mentor can be done online and full training is provided. No qualifications are needed, just the desire to make a difference.

For more information, please visit: MCR Pathways or email nicola.smith@mcrpathways.org with any questions.
